For Paris Photo 2014 Klemm’s will bring together three artists who are advancing the conceptual discourse around photographic production, image use and the current discussion around the functions of photography in contemporary culture: Viktoria Binschtok, Ulrich Gebert and Adrian Sauer. A common interest in their respective approaches is the urge to rediscover the ‘nature of the photographic’ – i.e. the making of the images, rather than the taking of a photograph.
